  1. Standard Products (Non-Custom Items)
    For standard, non-custom items, you may cancel your order before it has been dispatched for delivery. To cancel an order for a standard product:
    You must contact our customer service team within 24 hours of placing your order.
    If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund to the original payment method.
    If the product has already been shipped or is in transit, we are unable to cancel the order, and our standard return policy will apply once the item has been delivered.
  2. Custom Orders
    Custom-made products, including personalized furniture and decor, are crafted based on your specifications and are non-refundable. However, we understand that sometimes changes are necessary:
    Custom orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of placing the order, provided that the design or production process has not yet begun.
    If production has already started, cancellation may not be possible, and the deposit paid for the custom order will be forfeited.
    Any cancellations after 48 hours will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, but generally, no refunds will be provided for custom orders.
  3. Cancellations Due to Delays
    While Home Station strives to fulfill all orders on time, unforeseen delays can sometimes occur due to circumstances outside of our control. If your order experiences a significant delay (greater than 30 days), you have the option to cancel your order and receive a full refund. In such cases, please contact our customer service team to discuss your options.
  4. How to Cancel an Order
    To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team at the earliest opportunity via phone, email, or through our website’s contact form. You will need to provide your order number and relevant details for us to process your cancellation request.
  5. Non-Refundable Deposits for Custom Orders
    Please note that all deposits paid for custom orders are non-refundable unless the order is cancelled within 48 hours as specified above. If you decide to cancel a custom order after this period, the deposit will be retained to cover the costs already incurred in design and production preparation.
  6. Changes to the Cancellation Policy
    Home Station reserves the right to amend or update this cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated directly to customers through our website or at the time of purchase. The revised policy will apply to all future orders.
